Meet Dr. Bell
Dr. Bell is a talented optometrist and Arkansas native who provides a full range of services at Parenti-Morris Eyecare.
Education & Experience
Dr. Bell completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Arkansas. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, graduating cum laude. He joined Parenti-Morris Eyecare in 2009.
Memberships & Achievements
Dr. Bell is a member of the American Optometric Association and serves as the convention chairman and current President of the Arkansas Optometric Association. He was voted Arkansas Young Optometrist of the Year in 2019 by the Arkansas Optometric Association.

Ou. Bell loves spending time with his wife and four children. Outside of work, active church members love attending Razorback sporting events, community events, and church events.
