I usually see Dr. Bell, and every visit has been a great experience. He has a calming presence that I really appreciate, and he takes care of my entire family. Recently, I saw Dr. Hines for the first time, and I was equally impressed. I had an emergency eye appointment due to sudden pain, but I was in a bit of a pickle—another appointment right after and a flight the next morning. They were running behind, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it in time. When Dr. Hines heard about my situation, she and her nurse, Christina, quickly jumped into action. Christina was incredibly fast, anticipating everything Dr. Hines needed like magic. Somehow, they had me in and out in under 10 minutes! Dr. Hines diagnosed an allergic reaction and prescribed eyedrops, saving my eye just in time for my big trip.

This place has a very modern look and feel. The staff was nice and helpful. I particularly liked their neurolens testing which was like no other eye exam I had ever had! I think I’m going to try to ask the doctor out on a date. She was really pretty and nice.

Everyone in this office was friendly. Dr. Dillard was amazing! I have years dry eye issues. She took time listened and made sure all my questions were answered.
